Before taking order

 

Do you ship to US countries?

Yes, we provide free shipping door to door in global address, for some remote countries customers should prepay part of shipping freight, usually very low. Like serbia, Iran. 

 

How do I know the site is secure?

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (Secure Socket Layer) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
 

To purchase products, simply register and log in. Registering is quick, free and only has to be done once.
 

Once you register, you may begin shopping from any screen by selecting the way you want to search from the "Search By" drop-down box located on the header of the page or by typing your search terms in the 'Product Search' text field and clicking 'go'. Alternatively you may browse the product "tree" by clicking on the 'Products' icon located near the top of each page.

 

Can you ship my order with DHL, i prefer DHL?

Yes, please just writ your request to service@dentalequis.co.uk then our customer service staff will remind our shipping company about this.

 

What should I do if I get an error message? 

If you receive an error while trying to submit your order, check your Order History to verify that the order was received by dentalequis.co.uk . If your order shows up in your Order History, iwantdental has successfully received your order.

If you receive an error while navigating through the site, initially try using your browser's 'Back' button to move to the previous screen and try the action again.

Every buyer must register before purchase?

No, if you do not want to register, you just need to click the "buy now" button, and once we got your order, our system will register for you automatic.
 

 

Can I get a discount when I order large quantities?

In some cases it is possible to receive a discount when ordering large quantities. If you are planning on doing so, please send us an E-mail at info@dentalequis.co.uk.

 

After Taking Order

 

When will i get my package?

Once we confirm your payment and finish processing your order, your items will be immediately packaged and shipped to your destination within 48hours, usually you can get it in 4 - 6 business days.

 

How do I check out once I've finished shopping?

After you have added all of the items you intend to order to your shopping cart, you still have the ability to adjust quantities or change your mind and delete an item. Remember to click on 'Update Cart' after making any changes to your shopping cart.

After updating your changes, click on 'Checkout.' The checkout process consists of three steps: 1) order confirmation, 2) payment and shipping information confirmation, and 3) the opportunity to print a copy of your order with all relevant information. 

During the order-confirmation step, you will be given a final opportunity to change your order. If you do not wish to make any changes, click on 'Continue Checkout.' After reviewing the payment and shipping information in step two, submit your order.

You can log in your account to check the history. dentalequis.co.uk. will send you confirmation letter soon.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and you want to change or cancel your order, this is possible if we have not yet shipped the parcel(s). So, please contact, service@herodental.co.uk

 

I have not received the correct item.

I did not receive a manual with the product

When you have not received a manual with the item(s) you have ordered, please contact our info@dentalequis.co.uk.

 

The product is damaged/does not work.
When the product you have ordered is damaged or does not work, please contact our info@dentalequis.co.uk.. If it concerns visible damage and/or defects, we will ask you to attach a picture to the E-mail.

 

What if I need to return something I ordered through dentaequips? 

To return an item, send it the address below, along with a file with the reason for its return.

When will I receive the promised refund

Refunds are processed daily on working days. Please note that they first go through administration before being transferred, this could take up to a maximum of 30 days.
