Do you ship to UK?

Yes, we provide free shipping door to door in global address, for some remote countries customers should prepay part of shipping freight, usually very low. Like serbia, Iran. 
 
 

How do I know the site is secure?

Can you ship my order with DHL, i prefer DHL?

Yes, please just send your request to info@dentalplaza.co.uk then our customer service staff will remind our shipping company about this.
 
 

What should I do if I get an error message? 

If you receive an error while trying to submit your order, check your Order History to verify that the order was received by dentalplaza.co.uk. If your order shows up in your Order History, Dentalplaza.co.uk has successfully received your order.
 
If you receive an error while navigating through the site, initially try using your browser's 'Back' button to move to the previous screen and try the action again.

Every buyer must register before purchase?

No, if you do not want to register, you just need to click the "buy now" button, and once we got your order, our system will register for you automatic.
 
 

Can I get a discount when I order large quantities?

In some cases it is possible to receive a discount when ordering large quantities. If you are planning on doing so, please send us an E-mail at info@dentalplaza.co.uk

 

After Taking Order

 

When will i get my package?

Once we confirm your payment and finish processing your order, your items will be immediately packaged and shipped to your destination within 48hours, usually you can get it in 7 - 14 business days.

 

How do I check out once I've finished shopping?

After you have added all of the items to your shopping cart, you still have the ability to adjust quantities or change your mind and delete an item. Remember to click on 'Update Cart' after making any changes to your shopping cart.

After updating your changes, you can directly pay with Paypal, or continue to click on 'Checkout.' 

During the order-confirmation step, you will be given a final opportunity to change your order. If you do not wish to make any changes, click on 'Continue Checkout.' After reviewing the payment and shipping information in step two, submit your order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and you want to change or cancel your order, this is possible if we have not yet shipped the parcel(s). So, please contact: info@dentalplaza.co.uk

 

I have not received the correct item. 

.Always check if you have received the correct item, whether the parts are complete and if the item is undamaged. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team- info@dentalplaza.co.uk

 

The product is damaged / does not work

When the product you have ordered is damaged or does not work, please contact our info@dentalplaza.co.uk  If it concerns visible damage and/or defects, we will ask you to attach a picture to the E-mail.
 

What if I need to return something I ordered through Dentalplaza.co.uk? 

1. Please contact us for your return
2. Dentalplaza.co.uk will have special team to check your issue and after we agree on return or refund, we will give you an address to receive your package.
3. After we receive the package, we will refund you as soon as possible.

When will I receive the promised refund

Refunds are processed daily on working days. Please note that they first go through administration before being transferred, this normally could take 14 days.
